3. Remain focused on its traditional missions, which revolve around Monitoring-Documentation-Reporting - Prosecution (MDRP) of the human rights in the world: reception of all denunciations relating to the cases of violations of the human rights; the diligence of all necessary investigations; referral to all competent administrative and judicial authorities; taking a clear stand on every case of human rights violations, with particular emphasis on the rights of children and persons deprived of their liberty in the various police and gendarmerie units, prisons;
4. Will continue its work of documentation and archiving of all human rights violations serenely so that the authors clearly answer for their actions when the time comes;
5. Will play its role thoroughly, regardless of political or financial pressure, by now combining systematic prosecution of perpetrators of human rights violations with international pressure;
6. Will continue to use regional and international, jurisdictional and non-judicial mechanisms to seek redress for victims whose internal appeal is either unavailable, ineffective or extends beyond reasonable time;
7. Recalls, with insistence, all modern states that they have sovereign obligations to guarantee the fundamental rights of all citizens, in accordance with international instruments for the protection of human rights;
8. Clearly reassures these thousands of young people and legal professionals who are asking daily to join our ranks that Mandela Center International will set up a progressive platform in all countries to achieve the dream of a society with a human consideration.
